**Role Description**
This is a Full-time role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for following up with leads and existing customers to provide customer support and resolve any issues they may have. Training will be provided to improve knowledge of products and services.
**Qualifications**
Communication and Sales skills
Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone
Persistence and ability to handle rejection
Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Language Hindi and Bengali
