**B2B Sales Intern at Docsy**

**Sales Intern Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, completing all allocated tasks.
- Conduct market research and gather information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Connect with HR departments of organizations to identify business opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
- Update documents and sales records.
- Review sales performance against targets.
- Observe and carry out sales processes.
- Identify potential weaknesses and suggest improvements.
- Assist managers with negotiations.
- Keep a log of everything learned and deliver presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

**Sales Intern Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Degrees in marketing, business, or similar fields are preferred.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
- Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
