**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct B2B cold calling to potential clients
- Develop and implement your own sales strategies to generate interest, even if faced with initial refusal
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and tailor the pitch to meet the client's needs
- Submit daily sales reports detailing progress, leads, and outcomes
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in English (Advanced level)**:

- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and sales (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle objections and turn a "no" into a "yes"
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to work during US day shift hours
- Must have a reliable internet connection, a laptop, and a quiet working environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to submit daily reports
