**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Greet guests warmly and provide them with a friendly and professional welcome upon arrival.

Register guests by obtaining necessary information, such as identification, contact details, and payment method.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including issuing room keys, processing payments, and providing accurate information about resort amenities, services, and policies.

Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information regarding resort facilities, local attractions, transportation, and other services.

Make and modify reservations for guests based on their preferences and availability, ensuring accurate entry of guest information into the reservation system.

Maintain knowledge of current room rates, availability, and promotions to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities.

Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department if necessary.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals and to address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the display of relevant brochures, maps, and promotional materials.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and processing paperwork.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information and follow established procedures for cash handling and credit card transactions.

Collaborate with other departments, such as concierge, bell services, and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Stay updated on resort events, activities, and promotions to effectively communicate them to guests.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or hospitality certification is a plus.

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation and property management systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services is advantageous.

Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial, depending on the resort's location and guest demographic.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
