1. Develop and implement comprehensive PMO plans and processes for overseeing, coordinating, and reporting on the Agile IV software development

2. Develop and implement comprehensive PMO plans and processes for the PMO internal project management, release management/user stories/requirements management, user acceptance testing, communications management, user guide technical writing, and tier 2 help desk support functions

3. Work directly with the site Make Excellence and Project Management leads interact frequently with the central functions in Plan, Source and Deliver in the development of Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results

4. Support the deployment of change management programs and strategic & business planning processes, in alignment with ME/PMO framework

5. Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement

6. Manages direct reports and subordinate staff indirectly

7. Establish policies and procedures for project management

8. Hire, develop, and mentor IT Project Managers

9. Implement standardized project management and business analysis practices

10. Provide enterprise updates into project portfolio performance and enterprise resource management
