**POSITION PURPOSE**:
This position requires to involve in budgeting activities, MIS reporting, IT Project, BCM activities, Governance, preparing necessary packs for Global Steerco meetings and also involves admin activities

**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Active involvement in Budgeting/Finance tracking
- Create weekly, monthly and yearly budget reports for sponsors / senior management
- Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure
- Liaise with finance for tracking and reconciliation of invoices for reporting to stake holders
- Creation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status reports/ dashboards for Multiple Regions/Applications
- Coordination and communication with the projects teams and management
- Prepare & Maintain processes & procedures ( SOP ) for Core Banking Team
- New Joiners Initial Setup Management
- Responsible for tracking performance of team as well as performance against SLA’s of each site.
- Preparing Operational committee pack and monthly performance pack
- Liaising with Vendor management team for contractor/HR on resource management
- Creating, updating and maintaining department inventory / software licenses
- Maintenance of BIA / BC Plans, Call Tree List, Call Tree Test Reports
- Articulate and Summarize the Minutes of various meetings in a clear and concise manner
- Manage seat locations / Assets and admin support activities
- Ad hoc Reports creation using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other office tools
- Admin activities
