**Overview**:
**Responsibility**
- This is a PMO Role. Looking for Manager PMO to overlook project management activities like vendor management, process compliance, budgeting / procurement across areas.
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); in all phases from planning to the implementation stage. Experienced in Agile methodology.
- Experienced in creating all the artefacts required during SDLC phase
- Ability to quickly master new concepts, excellent communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to give quick turnaround time using any of the project management tool like ALM, Collabnet
- Experience in vendor management activities like Resource planning, Efforts capturing, Billing, Invoicing
- Build and maintain productive relationship with customers.
- Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.
- Serve as a single point of contact for Escalations, customers regarding business service issues, questions and concerns to ensure high quality service solutions and project.
- Devise and implement processes, procedures, systems and internal controls to strengthen operations, increase productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for delivering the agreed outcomes required from the project or sub-project. Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and unstated. Manage the interface between internal stakeholders and the team.
- To prepare presentation of monthly review meetings with topmost management to represent the team's efforts
- Coordinate with ongoing team projects and resolved system, process and participant issues with cross functional team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitoring of hardware maintenance and orders placed.
- Work closely with Project Manager, Provisioning and QC team to assist in the ongoing the projects/ processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of project process compliance and meeting the dead line of the project teams.
- Budgeting and Procurement of all the project requirements
- Strong knowledge in excel and data analysis tool of excel
- Experience in creating diff dashboards using excel, PPT
- strong command in documentation
