Job Purpose
Manage the activities of PMO from Presales to Execution End on Contract & Claim Management to protect John Cockerill interests.Key Result Areas
Support the performance and secure risks on projects (presales & execution) according to Project Classification throughout the value chain. Develop, share and promote comprehensive processes, methods, and tools into common Integrated Management System. Support the entities to achieve their operational objectives. Continuously improve operational efficiency of the business Develop in line with other businesses of the Group, skills referential of PMO disciplines and develop associated training.Key Responsibilities
Able to write down the Contractual correspondence both in French and English Support Proposal on contract analysis and negotiation. Support Execution on contract administration (customer + suppliers) & Claim management. Support the business for any legal issue in coordination with Commercial & Legal department of the Group. Train teams in administration of contracts, promote best practices, assist in claim preparation. Promote tools for contract administration: Scope of work, RASCI matrix, deviation list, MCPR, schedule, MOM, Master document list, Schedule, notification, …) Meet customers, partners, and suppliers with project teams to secure conditions, margin, and cash collection. Develop and maintain a network of outsourced resources who can support, advise or join John Cockerill business. When required, support local representatives, coach project teams, be involved in negotiations with clients and partners, cash collection. Work in close connection and share the information with all members of PMO/SERM to achieve the objectives of the department. Ready to travel worldwide upon request.Qualification and Experience
The candidate should be from any Engineering background. 10 to 15 years of experience. Candidate worked in multinational company will be an added advantage.Who We Are
