**Job Overview**:
**Summary of Functions**:
The person will be responsible for handling B2B sales with e-commerce platforms, modern retail, and specialty stores. The role will involve engaging with potential sales partners, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring the effective placement and promotion of GMM Impex's product portfolio.
- **Wholesale Division Sales Support**: Assist in identifying and pursuing potential wholesale clients. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations. Monitor and track wholesale sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- **Building Customer Relationships**: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with retail and wholesale customers. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify key prospective sales channels and business partners.
- Pitch and present our ethnic wear products to retail and wholesale partners.
- Negotiate commercials and finalize sales agreements with partners.
- Drive sales from existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop rapport with clients and stay updated on market trends and customer preferences.
- Support the wholesale division with sales activities and client management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Manage key accounts and work towards increasing the share of business with existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication with C-level executives and decision-makers at client companies.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of sales experience**, preferably in the têxtiles or fashion industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to professionally engage with clients, including C-level executives.
- Some cold calling experience and knowledge of the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel **50%** of the time.
**Additional Information**:
- **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month, based on experience.
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives, including commission and bonuses.
