Female Personal Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the Executive Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with personal tasks as needed to ensure a smooth work-life balance
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally
- Handle confidential correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with personal errands
**Qualifications**:
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous experience as a secretary or personal assistant is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for hospitality
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
