**Role Description**

This is a full-time Personal Secretary role to C.E.O. at MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital, located in Hoskote. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for managing correspondence, drafting letters, independent correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, compiling reports, and providing administrative support. This is an on-site role at the medical college and the Personal Secretary will be expected to work from the office during regular business hours.

**Qualifications**
- Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical Skills, such as typing, filing, and document management
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as managing executive calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in an administrative support role is a plus

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
