**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Draft and create professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage and coordinate social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement.
- Conduct market research and present key findings.
- Actively participate in marketing and sales tasks as assigned.
- Support in the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Handle client coordination, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist with business correspondence and communication.
- Ensure timely and efficient client interaction, addressing inquiries and managing relationships.
- Maintain confidential documents and organize files.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in client coordination and calling is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
