- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful transactions.
- Strong existing network within the real estate industry.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with current real estate market trends.
- Own transportation for efficient fieldwork.
