Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our brokerage firm in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. This is a field-oriented role requiring regular client interactions and property visits. Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their property needs and preferences.2. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client communication and deal closure.3. Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct site visits, property tours, and meetings with clients.4. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities in Gurgaon.5. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best deal for all parties.6. Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.7. Documentation: Assist clients in completing paperwork and understanding legalities related to property transactions.8. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, leads, and closures to the management team.9. Networking: Build a network of property owners, investors, and real estate agents to source potential leads.10. Customer Service: Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-5 years in real estate sales or a similar role.- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Attitude: A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.- Flexibility: Comfortable with a field job and working flexible hours.- Transportation: Own vehicle preferred for commuting to client meetings and site visits.- Location Knowledge: Familiarity with Gurgaon and surrounding areas is a plus.
