Job Description :
We seek a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our brokerage firm in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. This is a field-oriented role requiring regular client interactions and property visits. Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client communication and deal closure.
- Property Showcasing : Arrange and conduct site visits, property tours, and meetings with clients.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities in Gurgaon.
- Negotiation : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best deal for all parties.
- Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Documentation : Assist clients in completing paperwork and understanding legalities related to property transactions.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, leads, and closures to the management team.
- Networking : Build a network of property owners, investors, and real estate agents to source potential leads.
- Customer Service : Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements :
- Experience : 1-5 years in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude : A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Flexibility : Comfortable with a field job and working flexible hours.
- Transportation : Own vehicle preferred for commuting to client meetings and site visits.
- Location Knowledge : Familiarity with Gurgaon and surrounding areas is a plus.
