**About the role**:
Role and Responsibilities
- Development of Report and Dashboards based on requirements.
- Designing Prototype reports and Dashboards based on requirements/business needs.
- Design and development of dashboards and reports within the desired deadline.
- Work Effectively within a distributed team connecting from different parts of the globe.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams around the globe for data required to achieve the desired output.
- Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end project cycle.
- Understanding the requirement and to transform the available data into best format to achieve the result.
- Documenting the process and workflow.
- Manage end-to-end deliverable from requirements gathering to production launch.
- Conceptualize and design the best fit solution against the requirements.
- Ability to understand the functional aspects of business.
- Collaboration with stakeholders and other internal teams through effective communication.
- Ability to pitch in as a Quality analyst to maintain the quality of the work you're doing.
- Must be analytic, creative, self-motivated, organized, managing time and be a fast learner.

**Essential Skills and experience**
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Reporting and visualization with good ETL knowledge
- Must have good hands-on experience in MS-Office and Database tools.
- Must have good hands-on experience in designing reports/Dashboards.
- Strong knowledge in Databases, Data Transformation and SQL.
- Must be able to perform QC within timeframe.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for Data Requirements.
- Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
- Superb communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Engaging and friendly personality.
- Collaborative, flexible and a team player.
