We are looking to engage a dynamic individual who possesses excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset for the role of a **Reporting And Analytics Associate **in our Indian operations.

**Responsibilities**

Gather data from various sources and reconcile with the unique records in the CRM
Develop and maintain a robust data management system to organize and store relevant data securely
Design and generate regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the brokerage operations.
Provide accurate and timely reports to the management and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the metrics generated
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of different trading strategies, client portfolios, and financial instruments
Establish and maintain strategies for completion of regulatory and compliance related paperwork
**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of complex information.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools
Experience with data management and database systems.
Understanding of back-office operations and processes, such as finance, accounting, procurement, or human resources.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders
