We are looking to engage a dynamic individual who possesses excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset for the role of a **Reporting And Analytics Associate **in our Indian operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather data from various sources and reconcile with the unique records in the CRM
- Develop and maintain a robust data management system to organize and store relevant data securely
- Design and generate regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the brokerage operations.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to the management and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of the metrics generated
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of different trading strategies, client portfolios, and financial instruments
- Establish and maintain strategies for completion of regulatory and compliance related paperwork

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of complex information.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools
- Experience with data management and database systems.
- Understanding of back-office operations and processes, such as finance, accounting, procurement, or human resources.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
