About you and this role

As a Controllers Coordinator, you are accountable to support the AR team, managing the invoicing and Cash, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the financial reporting activities in accordance with Internal Compliance and Accounting standards combined with issue management and work within Standard operating procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clear wrong company payment account
- Process payment discrepancies in accordance with business rules in SAP
- Compare daily bank transmissions against bank listings to ensure all expected receipts are processed accurately
- Account Reconciliation AR prepare & internal reviewer before submission for certification
- Monitor and review aged payment pending and follow up with appropriate stakeholder/treasury to ensure completeness
- Performa reversal, Wrong Company payment transfer, Netting as per request.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all accounting transactions.
- Monthly and quarterly closing following the global closing schedule
- Daily work allocation and keep updated to lead for the progress.
- Functional Mail Box Monitoring and allocation to ensure request answered with in 24hrs.
- Root Couse Analysis in case of inaccuracy.
- Creation of monthly/weekly reports & process metrics
- Creation of backup support & training to new joiner in the team.
- Active participation in continuous improvement ideas & project
- Effectively work with cross functional team ensuring operational & service excellence

Qualifications:

- B.COM
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of accounts receivable and revenue accounting work process
- Excel proficiency
- Fluent in English

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of GAAPs is preferred if not extensive knowledge accounting policies
- Experience in MNC/ global companies preferred
