About you and this role

**Responsibilities**:

- Check that bank statement movements are properly loaded to SAP each day
- Monitor clearing accounts and clear open items daily
- Follow up with respective teams e.g. Treasury, Apay, Payroll, Tax to get the offset entries
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Match SAP loan balances with supporting system
- Match intercompany loan balance with counterparty
- Booking of month end reclass & bank overdraft
- Perform month-end activities including blackline reconciliation

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Commerce Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills
- Proficient in MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
- Working experience in ERP (SAP finance - financial accounting module is plus)
- Experience with Blackline Reconciliations Tool is a plus
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills

Additional notes
- No relocation support is provided for this role
- The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential
