**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the corporate sector, hotels, restaurants, and catering companies to drive the growth of Nutrifresh’s F&V offerings. Develop tailored sales approaches to meet the unique needs of each client segment.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa sector to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Work closely with the procurement team to deliver tailored F&V solutions that meet the unique demands of corporate and HoReCa clients. Ensure product offerings are adapted to client specifications and preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on deep market insights and customer feedback specific to the F&V sector. Identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and presentations to potential corporate clients and HoReCa partners. Customize proposals to address specific client needs and highlight the benefits of Nutrifresh’s F&V products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to engage and secure business from them. Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
- Oversee the resolution of any client issues or concerns related to product quality or service. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and HoReCa clients to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a sales role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Corporate & HoReCa and F&V.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the HoReCa sector and F&V market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,185.23 per month
