We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fundraising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to secure CSR funds from various corporate clients. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to support and advance our social and environmental initiatives. If you are passionate about creating positive change and have a proven track record in fundraising and relationship-building with corporate partners, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Corporate Client Engagement:

- Identify and target corporate clients with a strong commitment to CSR and aligning values with our organization's mission.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, including key decision-makers, CSR teams, and philanthropic foundations.

2. Fundraising Strategy:

- Develop comprehensive CSR fundraising strategies that align with our organization's goals and priorities.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the impact of our initiatives and the benefits of corporate partnership.

3. Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with program managers to ensure proposals are aligned with project needs and goals.

4. Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Leverage various fundraising channels, including events, online campaigns, and corporate partnerships.

5. Budget Management:

- Manage and monitor fundraising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize the return on investment.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of corporate client interactions, donations, and funds raised.
- Provide regular reports on fundraising progress and outcomes to senior management.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and communications teams, to ensure alignment in messaging and brand representation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Nonprofit Management, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and securing CSR funds from corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles and trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM systems.
- Passion for our organization's mission and values.
