This position is dedicated to providing training and development support to our retail showrooms across South India.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Trainer to join our team in the retail tile industry. The Corporate Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and morale of our employees, thereby contributing to TROVE's goal of revolutionising tile design and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the specific soft skills that need improvement within a group or individual and create customized training programs, workshops, activities, exercises, coaching, seminar tailored to the needs of the employees both online and offline.
- Coordinate with the HR department and lead orientation and onboarding for new hires; Handle employee grievances and counselling effectively.
- Coordinate with Operations department and focus on hard skill training helping individuals acquire and improve specific technical or job-related skills that are essential for their roles in the organisation.
- Coordinate with the Sales department and design and develop training programs that focus on improving various aspects of the sales process, such as prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Responsible to improve communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, teamwork, sales skills, emotional intelligence etc of employees.
- Teach effective verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Provide strategies and techniques for resolving conflicts and managing disagreements in a constructive manner.
- Teach techniques for setting priorities, managing time effectively, and staying organized.
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of the soft skill training program through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and their supervisors.
- Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and training materials.
- Administer knowledge assessment tests, foster personality development and growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, training and development, organisational development, human resources management, social work or counselling.
- Ability to identify training needs, proficiency in creating engaging and informative training materials and training content to cater to a diverse audience.
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Empathy and a positive approach to employee development.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
