**Our search is for**

**You will be**
- Prepare Recruitment strategies and suggest new Ideas to improve TA Strategies.
- Discussion with TL and gather requirements, understanding of profile, JD preparation and job postings.
- Taking a Screening round of interviews.
- Communicate with HR Consulting firms and negotiations
- Job Postings on various portals form Application Tracking System.
- Mailers to be shared on interval basis further continuous CV update through ATS.
- Preparation of all joining docs and sharing via ATS tool.
- Connect with cross team or inter teams for better clarity of organization recruitment needs.
- Research on Talent acquisition strategy used in recruitment that focuses on finding, attracting, hiring, growing, and retaining top talents inside an organization.
- Improvement in recruitment process as per market talent benchmarking.
- Develop strategies on talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics (Cost to hire, Time to hire, Quality of hire).
- Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.

**You have: Credentials**:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Experience in the IT Industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience of using Application Tracking systems.
- Strong business acumen.
