Role/ Job Title: Sales Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loans)

Function/ Department:  Cross Sell (Home Loans)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of home loan customers in the identified segment.
• Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer.
• Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Recommend improvement to processes and policies across the supporting teams and business to drive operational efficiencies & high-quality customer services.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity.
• Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer need holistically.
• Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets.

Key Success Metrics:

Disbursals, Growth metrics, File to disbursal conversion

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation

Experience:  2 to 5 years experience in Cross Sell (Home Loans)
