**Job Profile : Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)**
**Experience : 0-2 Years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets for non-IT positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition(NON-IT), preferably in Bulk Hiring and Niche Hiring for non-IT profiles.**
- Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
- Strong understanding of non-IT job roles and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
