Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Recruiter at Venture Consultancy Services. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The IT Recruiter will focus on technical recruiting and play a key role in finding top talent to support our software development projects.
At Venture Consultancy Services (VCS) , people are the most vital resource. We are on the lookout for skilled IT recruiters, who will help us find the person for an IT-specific job. The ideal IT recruiter candidate will have experience in recruiting specifically for the IT industry and is skilled in screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding. We are in the pursuit of finding an IT recruiter who is ready to discover untapped talent and drive overall organisational growth while keeping in mind the booming global IT sector. And most importantly, enable people to develop successful careers in the field of IT.
Objectives of the roleOversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiterFoster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialised in IT job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the companyImplement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultantGenerate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviewsExecute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trendsManage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the databaseDesign and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms
Required skills and qualificationsPrevious work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitmentStrong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sectorOutstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networkingExperience in working with computerised HR IT recruiter software and job boardsAbility to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
Preferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fieldsStrong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter roleProficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hubFull-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical RecruitingIT Recruitment and Hiring experienceMin. 2 years Experience in the recruiting fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet hiring targetsKnowledge of software development and IT industry
