1. Lead Engagement & Conversion:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them toward a site visit.
- Convert inquiries into on-site visits and assist in closing deals with confidence.
2. Site Visits & Negotiation:
- Coordinate and conduct property tours to showcase the project’s unique features and benefits.
- Address client queries and facilitate the booking process.
