Inside Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Nurturing**:
- Implement effective strategies to nurture and engage leads through various communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
**Cold Calling**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects with the goal of identifying sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product/service offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and gather essential information for the Sales and Sourcing teams.
**Collaboration with Sales Team**:
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand their requirements and align strategies for lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates on lead progress and communicate relevant information to enhance the sales process.
**Collaboration with Sourcing Team**:
- Liaise with the Sourcing team to ensure a seamless transition from lead identification to the sourcing of necessary products or services.
- Collaborate on solutions to address client needs and preferences.
**Sales Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Provide product knowledge and information to clients as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong cold calling and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
