**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for health insurance products maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Attend networking events and engage in business development activities to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and claims, to ensure that customer needs are met
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in selling health insurance products Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with insurance sales software and lead generation tools
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
