**Job Title**:Sales Executive (Internet Service Provider)

**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday

**Work Experience**:3-5 years

**Job Summary**: We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a minimum of two years of experience in ISP sales, including retention, to join our expanding team in Noida, UP. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving new sales and retention efforts, targeting businesses across various industries. This position requires occasional travel for sales meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our Internet Leased Line services to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any concerns, resolve issues, and proactively prevent churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support for clients, and close coordination for payments and link deliveries is must.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, specifically in ISP sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and retaining clients in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
