**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients in commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.
- Visiting businesses and institutions to understand their needs and introduce Avesent's offerings effectively.
- Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Assisting the sales team in developing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to explore new opportunities and expand the company's reach.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records.
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in field sales, preferably in IT services or related industries, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.
- Availability to travel within the designated territory.
