**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
- Actively prospect for new clients through networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills: A field salesperson needs to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. They should be able to present information clearly, listen actively, and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated: This role requires a high level of autonomy, so it is important to find someone who is self-driven and can work independently to achieve their goals.
- Good organizational skills: Field salespeople need to manage their time and workload effectively to meet their sales targets. They should be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to maximize their productivity.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
