**Field Sales Representative**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, addressing their inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify leads, generate new business opportunities, and convert prospects into customers through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products, addressing customer needs and objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide customers with comprehensive solutions and deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and other documentation using CRM software.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales management team on market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in a similar industry or with related products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
