**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by generating sales leads, building relationships with retailers, conducting cold calls, and effectively promoting our products. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company's market presence, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels. This role involves occasional travel, approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generating Sales Leads: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking events.
- Visiting Retailers: Develop and nurture relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and presenting our products as solutions.
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our products, and arrange meetings to discuss their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Preparing Sales Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to understand their needs and concerns, and collaborate with the team to improve our products and services.
- Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets: Set and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
- Travel Requirement: Be prepared to travel for approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Academic Qualifications: Graduate, MBA, or any related certification.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and objections.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month + Traveling Expenses as per Company Rules

Working Days & Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: New Delhi - Ring Road Mall, Rohini Sector 3

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
