International Sales Executive

As an International Sales Executive at Langma School of Languages, you will play a pivotal role in our global expansion strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Expansion**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential international markets for our [products/services].
2. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate and expand in international markets.
3. **Client Acquisition**: Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners.
4. **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our [products/services] and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
5. **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients, ensuring win-win agreements.
6. **Sales Forecasting**: Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast international sales, set targets, and develop action plans.
7. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, tariffs, and export/import laws.
8. **Travel**: Be prepared for international travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful international sales experience.
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability to different business cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- A global perspective with an understanding of geopolitical and economic factors affecting international business.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
