**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated IT Sales BDE to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored IT solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our IT products/services and their competitive advantages.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales goals.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
