**Job Title: IT Hardware Sales Representative (Field Sales)**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Hardware Sales Representative. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our range of IT hardware products and services to businesses and organizations within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, build and maintain relationships, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant solutions.
- **Product Presentation and Demonstration**:

- Present our range of IT hardware products and services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase functionality and capabilities.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT hardware sales or a similar field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
