**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
Coordinate the order processing and ensure timely delivery of IT hardware products.
Service Coordination:
Manage and coordinate hardware installation, maintenance, and support services.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Provide excellent customer support and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
Customer Communication:
Engage with clients to identify their IT hardware needs and provide suitable solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely updates on service requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and service activities.
Create and update customer profiles with relevant information.
Prepare reports on sales and service performance as needed.
Technical Knowledge:
Develop a basic understanding of IT hardware components, specifications, and industry trends.
Communicate technical details to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Problem-solving:
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
