**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring optimal pricing and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
