As **“Digital Analytics professional ”** in our **“ Tech CoE team ”**, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Tech CoE is focused on collaborating and partnering with business to deliver efficiency and enhance controls via technology adoption and infrastructure support for GF&BM India. The two primary services are solution development and automation assistance for an array of technology tools. In addition to the above said the team partners with business for consulting on technology to foster digital transformation and tech adoption.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Consulting: Partner with clients to identify and scope business requirements and recommend end-to-end solutions through quantitative research and rigorous analysis of current processes/functions, user interviews, document research, etc. Use data analysis techniques to identify sustainable and inclusive key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure process performance.
- User Research: Partner with business in finding the needs, pain points, and unmet needs and build personas depicting the problem from stakeholder viewpoint. Create Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the user research that considers must haves and good to have needs.
- Journey Maps: Undertake Business transformation projects wherein benchmark and develop the To-be journey maps, personas, communication plan, CX initiatives and roadmap, Experience prototyping, Journey automation, etc.
- Workshop Management: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder input. Collaborate with business leaders to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
- Prototyping: Create Low-Fidelity prototype using Figma that showcases the final build and test with the users to gather feedback before the development starts.
- Reporting and Documentation: Develop process flowcharts, diagrams, and documentation to illustrate process steps, decision points, and handoffs. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Advanced Analytics: Create PoC for advanced analytics projects that would involve predictive analytics, forecasting models, text clustering, sentiment analytics, and NLP **.** Perform exploratory analysis on the technical solution and emerging technology through constant catch-up with firm wide emerging tech teams and DevOps

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Python development
- Dashboarding (Tableau/ PowerBI) and Business Intelligence experience
- Experience in Celonis, Visio or Signavio, and Figma + FigJam
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Prior experience in performing predictive analytics, building forecasting models and creating NLP models

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Demonstrated success in using structured problem-solving methodologies and quality tools to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability in leading, running, overseeing, and directing large/complex programs and projects for internal and external end-users from discovery through maintenance and support.
- Proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
- Well-developed core consulting skills in research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
