MARKETING ASSOCIATE - TESTINGMIND

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities
- Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities

and implement recommendations to optimize the campaign performance.
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Driving our lead generation campaigns
- Generating new leads to increase brand awareness
- Analyze the various new business methods in the market to generate leads
- Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar

role
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling
- Proven experience in lead generation or lead management
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any other CRM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
