**Job Description - Analytics Associate (Level
- P1)**

The Finance Transformation team leverages the
**Agile framework (LeSS) **to build a highly talented, scalable, and sustainable function for advanced business intelligence tools to modernize and strengthen automation, data governance and self-service while implementing more effective controls.

Wells Fargo is seeking for a skilled Analytics Associate who will develop and deliver impactful and highly visible work focused on data integrity, data aggregation, analysis and insight in support of decisioning and monitoring of business initiatives, strategies, and practices. The goal will be to provide easily accessible and high-quality information to executive level stakeholders with greater business insight to enhance value creation from decision outcomes.

**About Role**:
As an Analytics Associate at Wells Fargo, you will be part of Internal Reporting & Analytics product. In this role, you will work as individual contributor and developing Power BI, Tableau dashboards as requested by business. Role also interacts with cross functional teams in Business Finance, COE Finance, Treasury, Credit, Risk.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work in self-organized SCRUM team(s) to develop data visualization for business and technical needs
- Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
- Build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization

**Must Have Essential Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelors / master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance and Business Administration is acceptable.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- 3-5 years of hands-on in Business Intelligence Reporting (for e.g., MS Power BI), RDBMS, SQL, SSAS/SSRS, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- At least a couple of years of experience with development, implementation, deployment and governance of data models
- Experience in presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Experience in stakeholder mgmt. and working in an Agile ecosystem in a geographically dispersed team environment
