- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Your expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools will contribute to the success of our online marketing campaigns.**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content on social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with the audience. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and handle customer interactions.
- **Content Writing**: Collaborate with the content team to write and develop compelling and relevant digital marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, and other content formats.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media insights. Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Must have worked in a B2B industry for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices to drive organic website traffic.
- Experience in managing social media channels and utilizing social media management tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve digital marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of website analytics and CRO techniques to optimize user experience and conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
