The Inside Sales Executive will either work individually or be part of teams driving day-to-day execution to exceed the company and its clients’ business performance targets. The individual should be to generate leads and drive wins on the latest software tools and platforms in the education sector. Their primary responsibilities are to engage with customers as the central point of contact all the way to deal close.

ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with clients to understand target products/solutions, and their value proposition(s) viz-a-viz each target market/audience segment. Formulate strategies to engage with identified market/audience segments.
- Identify and profile target organizations and audiences to connect with.
- Formulate value proposition for each market/audience segment.
- Leads classification using appropriate BANT criteria.
- Deliver strong sustainable growth exceeding revenue, scorecard, and consumption targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales opportunity pipeline measured by coverage ratio and ensure adherence to corporate standard tools and operational processes.
- Drive deep Client, Customer, and End User engagements.
- Ensure high-quality Client, Customer, and End User experiences through thoughtful planning and execution.
- Cultivate a healthy, diverse, and inclusive sales culture in support of Beahead’s core values, mission, and vision.
- Collaborate deeply across the company and appropriate Client entities to jointly achieve key revenue, growth, scorecard, and consumption goals.

DESIRED PROFILE
- Computer Science/IT/IS degree preferred.
- 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
- 2+ years of technology sales experience in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience, background, and confidence to initiate and drive business

strategy discussions with technology and business decision-makers.Ability to identify the key aspects of potential opportunities, nurture the opportunities to close, engage Clients and Channel Partners as needed and manage the Customers’ relationships through success.
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and accurately.
- Works well in diverse teams, and enjoys dynamic and transformational environments.
- Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding revenue, growth, scorecard and consumption goals.
