Job Title: Sales Executive - IT
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar industry. Must have hands-on experience in acquiring clients and closing deals related to website design & development and Website Maintenance.- Location: Bangalore, India.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, social media channels especially LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present company's products and services to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to meet client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Qualifications:

- Full-time graduate in B.tech with MBA preferred or Computer Science with MBA preferred. (From a reputed institute)
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably selling website & maintenance services in a reputed company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Hindi and Kannada inaddition to English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
