Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Showroom sales)

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of various car models to customers, highlighting key selling points.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate smooth transactions and vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate advantages of our vehicles.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, test drives, and other marketing activities to attract potential customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in a vehicle showroom or automotive dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driving license and familiarity with Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
