Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**
**Skills Required**:

- **Sales Expertise**: Inside sales experience of 1-2 years, preferably in the Telecom or technology sectors.
- **Growth Mindset**: Eagerness to learn and adapt, coupled with curiosity and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
**Past Experience**:
- **Inside Sales**: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on B2B customer acquisition and deal closure. Experience in the Telecom or technology domain is highly preferred.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B customers and achieving sales quotas.
- **Sales Process Knowledge**: Familiarity with the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- **Collaboration**: Experience in collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to address customer needs and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- **Remote Sales**: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell and communicate through remote channels, leveraging technology to engage with prospects and customers.
**Education Required**:
- **University Degree**: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- **Relevant Experience**: In lieu of a technical degree, relevant experience in sales and business development within the Telecom or technology sector will be considered.
- **Additional Certifications**: Certifications or training in sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), or related areas will be advantageous and are highly regarded.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
