No. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1. Achieve the Sales Target assigned for Business
2. Ensure profitability through timely completion of tasks, cost effectiveness and efficient handling of
customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders
3. Ensure goals are achieved at Individual and department level
4. Meet the TAT laid down for the sales process and respond to customers proactively.
5 Plan, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures for controlling service strategies/service
standards for superior service delivery
6 Adherence to companies’ policies and established operating procedures
7 Develop and manage large customer & dealer networks within the respective area of responsibility
8 Ensure Usage of Systems (ERP and CRM) and ensure timely, Daily and weekly reporting and Progress.
9 Undertake the responsibility of Meeting Customers for ensuring sales and travel to customer locations as per
requirement
10 Ensure 100 % participation in Functional Training, Coaching and mentoring initiatives.

Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS:
(Degree, training, or
certification required)
Any graduate/ post-graduate degree
(Sales training/ certification an added advantage)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
(no. of years of technical,
functional, and/or leadership
experience or specific
exposure required)
3 - 6 years of experience in the area of Sales, with at least 1 - 3 years of
experience in Selling Financial products like Mutual Funds, Insurance and
Stocks. Experience in Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage but not
mandatory.

Customer service standards & procedures and developing & implementing
new strategies and procedures.
