Job Description:
As a Real Estate Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with potential buyers and sellers. You will work closely with the pre-sales and deal teams to identify and connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and promote our real estate offerings. Your goal will be to maximize lead generation, facilitate successful transactions, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sync with Pre-Sales and Deal Teams:
Collaborate with the pre-sales and deal teams to align marketing efforts with ongoing projects and promotions.
Stay updated on current and upcoming real estate offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Find Potential Buyers and Sellers:
Conduct market research and identify potential buyers and sellers in the target market.
Utilize various channels, such as online platforms, social media, and networking events, to reach out to potential clients.
Build and maintain a database of prospective buyers and sellers.
- Client Meetings and Requirement Analysis:
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough requirement analysis and present suitable property options to clients.
Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and legal considerations.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads.
Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing any concerns and facilitating smooth transactions.
- Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and relevant stakeholders.
Attend real estate networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand your professional network.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and sales performance.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Others

Must have own bike and driving Licence.
Travel allowance is provided.

Salary Range: 20000 to 35000 per Month + Commission
